Message from the Chairman PDF Print E-mail

nickThe start to 2010 has been busy...but thankfully a little better that the frantic conclusion to 2009. The Committee recently met and discussed the year ahead and started planning events for the year (events held so far are indicated in the table below).

The Committee is always on the lookout for new recruits to join them and, through various appeals, we have been fortunate to have at least 2 members indicating their interest, pending approval at the local AGM. With the exception of Louis Visser, who is stepping down as past Chairperson, the entire Committee had indicated their willingness to continue in their roles. This is very encouraging and important in terms of maintaining the high standards we are setting ourselves.
